Whether looking for smooth, standard, latin or practice attire our team of professional dress and outfit designers are ready to provide you with what you need to standout on the dance floor.
Alterations
We can make alterations to any of our dresses. Please return it along with your remarks and any photos to our office address listed in our contact information. We will be provided you with an estimate once we have received your gown and alteration requirements.
Measurements
Having detailed measurements allows us to ensure the fitof your custom gown or alterations.
Please visit our online fitting center to help illustrate the measurement chart and help you get fitted.
Pricing
The price of each dress is determined by the complexity of its design and the amount of stonework used to embellish it.
Refund/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your unused gown within 7 days of purchase. Designs by Kalina cannot exchange any gown that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchase. Buyer agrees to these terms; conditions upon deposit on purchase.
Consignments
Designs by Kalina will take back any gown originally created by us and consign it for you. Please return it to our business address listed in our contact information. Please make sure the gown is returned is in a clean and sellable condition. There will be a cleaning fee and repair charge (if applicable) deducted from the credit once the gown has been sold. We will keep your gown for up to 3 months and do everything possible to sell it. Once it does sell you will be given 70% of the sale price in the form of store credit. Please note that we do not give cash refunds
*We do not accept gowns made by other companies, offer cash refunds or buy dresses from clients. If you fit within the latter circumstances, we will be happy to refer you to other consignment companies.
Shipping Policy
We never send anything out without a verbal confirmation of exactly where, when and how to ship your package. So you dont ever have to worry about unexpected packages when you are on out of town! Our preferred shipping vendor is FedEx, although we will be happy to send your package with whichever method is most convenient for you. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the dress and will be billed separately.
