Alterations
Designs by Kalina will take back any gown we made for alterations. Please return it along with your remarks and any photos to our office address listed in our contact information. Charges may apply and you will be provided with an estimate once we receive your gown.
Measurements
Having detailed measurements allows us to ensure the fit of your custom gown or alterations. Please contact us and we will fax you the measurement chart and walk you thru the measurement process.
Pricing
The price of each dress is determined by the complexity of its design and the amount of stonework used to embellish it. Please contact us for a general quote.
Returns/ Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your gown. Designs by Kalina cannot exchange any gown that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any purchase.
Consignments
Designs by Kalina will take back any gown originally created by us and consign it for you. Please return it to our business address listed in our contact information. Please make sure the gown is returned is in a clean and sellable condition. There will be a cleaning fee and repair charge ( if applicable) deducted from the credit once the gown has been sold. We will keep your gown for up to 3 months and do everything possible to sell it. Once it does sell you will be given 70% of the sale price in the form of store credit. Please note that we do not give cash refunds.
